Following the successful visit from Michael from Stonewall in October, we are going to follow up with a second inclusivity meeting. This time we are going to explore building an action plan to support IS in becoming even more inclusive for all. These sessions, run by the infamous Steve Yorkstone, are open to everyone in IS. Its aim is to look at how we can engender a fully inclusive experience for everyone at Napier.

Ideas we are going to explore include:

• Creating welcoming spaces
• Our student/staff expectations
• Practical actions we are already taking
• Identifying more practical actions we can get on with

This event is open to all IS staff, not just those who attended the previous session. Please come with your ideas hat on!

Spaces are limited but we will do our best to accommodate everyone who would like to come along.
