Come along to Group Study Room 5 in Merchiston Library and speak with an Academic Skills Adviser. These sessions are open to all students, and we can talk about any aspect of your studies, such as:

  • Note-taking and reading of academic literature
  • Academic writing style
  • Essay & report planning and structure
  • Dissertations & literature reviews
  • Presentation preparation
  • Academic integrity issues.
