Learning & Teaching ENssentials: Peer support & assessment. Online
Dear colleagues,
You are invited to this Learning & Teaching ENssentials webinar on Peer Support & Assessment. This will be facilitated by Hazel McPhillips (School of Health & Social Care), on Monday 16th December 2024, 3-4pm GMT via MS Teams. We know that sense of community and belonging is an important contributor to student experience, and awareness of skills in relation to peers is helpful for career readiness; both of which can be developed through peer support and peer assessment. Hazel has been making use of these methods with students on the MSc Advanced Clinical Practice programme, who are nurses looking to advance their career alongside continuing to work and this programme has been structured to integrate with the professional lives, experiences and needs of students. We hope you'll join us to explore how Peer Assessment & Peer Support can be applied in your subject area.
