Introduction to Endnote

Introduction to Endnote In-Person

EndNote is a reference manager, which allows you to build a library of all your bibliographic references.  As you write your assignment and need to include a reference, you can pull the reference into your document from the reference manager. It will create the in text citation and the end reference list for you, formatted in the bibliographic style of your choice.

In this two hour workshop you will be introduced to Endnote and given an opportunity to experiment with using it  for your own reference management. This workshop would suit all staff and students who are interested in learning how to use this software.

It will cover:

  • Establishing your library
  • Managing and organising your references
  • Citing in Word
  • EndNote Online.

Please register in advance for the session using the form below. The session takes place in Sighthill Room 2 D 12
